Stretch on the beach!

Bring your yoga mat and water bottle as our talented teacher Valerie Nadon helps participants of all levels get aligned and flexy by the ocean! Every Wednesday at 6 pm, from July 15th to August 19th at Mavillette Beach. Check Clare Recreation’s Facebook page for class updates! In case of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled to the next day. Meet at first staircase, civic #395. Mats are available to borrow for those without.
