I have fond memories of making this fudge every Christmas with my sister. Once it’s ready, I like to keep it in the fridge while she prefers it at room temperature—it’s always the big debate!

My dad would make the best fring frangs for supper when I was growing up. I combined my love of breakfast food with my favourite childhood meal to create a delicious pairing.
