I have fond memories of making this fudge every Christmas with my sister. Once it’s ready, I like to keep it in the fridge while she prefers it at room temperature—it’s always the big debate!

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3.5 cups icing sugar
2 tablespoons flour
nuts (of your choice), crushed

Preparation

Melt peanut butter, butter and vanilla together.

Once melted, add icing sugar and flour.

Mix well and place in a dish to cool.

To be fancy, add crushed walnuts on top.
