Hall rental details:
Upstairs hall (Main hall)
Hall only: $100.00 + tax
Hall and kitchen access: $300.00 + tax
Hall and access to kitchen only to keep food warm in ovens: $200.00 + tax
Maximum occupancy: 405 people (non-fixed seating)
Hall (includes a small kitchen): $50.00 + tax
Maximum occupancy: 157 people (non-fixed seating)
- Bar access: $25.00 (for both upstairs or downstairs bar)
- Payment must be received in full at least one (1) week prior to event date.
- Kitchen access arrangements must be made with Ladies Auxiliary. Please contact the Municipality of Clare for further information: 902-769-2031.
- Hall access fee: It is possible to have access to the hall on the day before or after the event if there are no scheduled events on those dates. It is possible that there will be a hall access fee of $20.00 if staff are required to open and/or close the facility; it is to be determined at the time of booking.
In the interest of preserving the condition of the hall, please follow these guidelines:
Floors: Do not drag tables and chairs; we have wheeled carriers for both.
Walls: Do not use packing tape, red construction tape, nails, push pins, tacks, or staples on the walls. Use only painters tape, 3M strips (removable hooks) or similar non-marking products.
Tables: Do not use staples, nails, or two-way tape on tables.
Access to kitchen is permitted only if previous arrangements have been made with the Ladies Auxiliary.
