The successful applicant shall be bilingual (oral and written), well organized with the ability to multitask and must possess a friendly, warm personality with an emphasis on customer service. The candidate must work well in a team environment, be thorough, and experienced using MS Office suite, keyboarding and date entry. The individual shall possess excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on client service and patient confidentiality. Knowledge of medical terminology shall be considered an asset.

Education: Office information technology, medical assistant or equivalency

Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to greeting and registering arriving patients, managing doctors` appointment schedules, scheduling outside appointments, updating patient information and general office reception duties such as document preparation, switchboard and data entry.
